On Saturday, September 30, members of the Service Club met with Chef Malcolm Morrison to prepare a delicious 3-course meal for the residents of Mercury Court on Murfreesboro Road. The meal included Watermelon and Feta Salad, Lemon Garlic Rosemary Chicken, Roasted Vegetables, and an Autumn Crunchy Crumble with pears, plums, blackberries and raisins. Thanks to the cooks and the servers and Dr. Bailey and Dr. Fuller for their assistance.The best part of the meal is visiting with the residents.
