On Saturday, September 7, 20 MBA students, Mr. Lester, and Dr. Boyd went to the Loaves and Fishes soup kitchen to provide a meal for 170 of their fellow Nashvillians. Led by Senior "Top Chef" Nilay Patel, Senior "Iron Chef" Austin Dobbs, and Senior "Chef from the Muppets" Ben Chen, the Big Red served up a meal of spaghetti with meat sauce, waldorf salad, garlic bread, and green beans - with cookies for dessert. A big thanks to all who came to help out, and especially to Senior deep-sink cleaner extraordinaire, Tarun Mallipeddi. This is the 30th year that MBA has been working with Loaves and Fishes, and it got off to a great start.
