MBA Hosting Mobile Mammography Unit: Appointments Available

MBA is again hosting Our Mission in Motion, a mobile mammography unit run by St. Thomas Health through a grant from the Komen Foundation.  The unit will perform screening mammograms on campus on Friday, October 4, from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.  Insurance is accepted, and financial is available to those who need it.  

Our Mission in Motion has provided Middle Tennessee with the first Mobile Mammography Coach.  It is the hope of Saint Thomas Health, the Komen Foundation and MBA to improve the compliance rates for screening mammography, thus decreasing the late stage detection of breast cancer for all women in Middle Tennessee.  In hosting the mobile unit, MBA is on the cutting edge of early detection, and we are honored to welcomeOur Mission in Motion to campus.
